Poker Card System Terms and Conditions

General Usage Rules

✦ Only one poker card can be used per transaction.

✦ Discounts cannot be combined.

✦ Poker cards cannot be redeemed during other promotional periods or special sales events.

✦ Discounts apply to the subtotal only (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

✦ Each customer is limited to one discount or promotional offer per day.

“Free for Your Next Purchase” & “Buy One Get One Free” Discounts

✦ Maximum discount value is $20.

✦ “Buy One Get One Free” applies to a single item only.

✦ Any amount exceeding $20 must be paid by the customer.

✦ Not applicable to promotional or clearance items.

“50% to 90% off” Discounts

✦ Only applies to a single item with the lowest amount from your cart

Unique Poker Card Rules

✦ Each poker card contains a unique code tied to the customer’s account and cannot be transferred or shared.

✦ Lost or stolen poker cards cannot be replaced.

✦ Poker cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for gift cards.

Validity and Usage Rules

✦ Poker cards must be used within 30 days of issuance.

✦ Invalid or tampered cards will not be accepted.

✦ Redemption requires proof of identity (account verification) to match the unique code with the customer’s account.

Stock and Availability

✦ Poker card discounts are subject to product availability.

✦ If an item is sold out, the discount cannot be carried forward to a future purchase.

Returns and Refunds

✦ All items purchased using a poker card are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

✦ Not applicable to completed orders: Poker cards cannot be used for previous purchases or partial refunds on completed orders.

Fraud Prevention

✦ Selling or sharing poker cards is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the cancellation of the card and associated rewards.

✦ If misuse or fraud is detected, the company reserves the right to deactivate the customer’s account and invalidate all associated poker cards.

Program Changes and Disclaimer

✦ The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the poker card program at any time without prior notice.

✦ The company is not responsible for delays or the inability to redeem offers due to circumstances beyond its control.

All final decisions rest with the company.
